The Water Treadmill
The tether cord allows you to pull on
the resistance band and either walk
or jog in place with no impact and
keeps you injury-free. The second
option is walk over to the swim end
of the unit and use the ledge to do
your basic step up and step down
exercises with the choice to use the
swim flow current for increased
resistance. |

Floating dumbbells allow you to do
a variety of exercises using the
resistance of the water. Shown here
is a bicep curl, which is one of the
many dumbbell movements you can
do including, chest, back shoulders & triceps. The fluidity of the exercise
