In the fall of 2009 my wife and I began searching for a reputable resistance pool manufacturer and installer. We did a great deal of research for a swimspa and found it difficult to assess the best swimspa for our needs. However, we were fortunate to find that Skyview Industries had a long standing reputation of installing swim spas and had a Canadian product with a proven track record.
References were impotant to us and Mark arranged for us to view a couple of his local installations and after talking to these customers we were convinced that Skyview Industries and Hydropool was the right solution for us.
On the pre-sales side, Mark took the time to work with us and ensure we had a good understanding of both Skyview Industries and the swim spa manufacturer. He drew up the plans and worked hard to find the composite decking manufacturer and railing supplier of our existing deck. This was a critical step in the process, as we wanted to extend our existing deck to surround the swimspa.
We outsourced the entire job to Mark and his team - excavation of the site, concrete pad for the swimspa, extending the existing deck to give the swimspa the appearance of being in ground, building a matching bench out of composite deck boards and extending the deck railing system. The work was performed during the rainiest time of the year, and the installation was completed ahead of schedule. Great care was taken to ensure our grass was protected to the best of their ability.
If you are looking for a swimspa, we 'd highly recommend Skyview Industries and the Hydropool swimspa. The pool maintenance is minimal and truly beneficial to our exercise program. The after sales service is excellent. Mark follows through on his commitments. We use the pool almost daily. This was supposed to be for my wife, but our entire family and friends are making full use of the pool. We couldn't be happier with our investment.
