Terms and Conditions

1. Where the customer refuses to take delivery of the hot tub later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date as indicated on the reverse side, Skyview Industries shall, at its option, increase the outstanding balance due by 1.5% (one and one half percent) per month to cover the increased costs of storage.
2. Where assembly or installation is stated to be included, the scope of the work is limited to the stated details on the reverse side. Where the assembly cannot be completed at the time of delivery due to circumstances above and beyond control of Skyview Industries, additional charges may apply.
3. All required permits, structural analysis, electrical hookups, etc. is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
4. Specific details pertaining to the warranty, what is covered and what is not covered, will be shipped with each hot tub. Advance copies may be obtained from Skyview Industries.
5. The customer acknowledges that he has taken the necessary measurements to ensure that the hot tub can be easily transported to the final hot tub location.
6. In the event that the purchase is cancelled by the customer, Skyview Industries has the option of applying a restocking charge of 10% (ten percent) of the total hot tub purchase price plus any delivery and/or pick up expenses.
7. In the event of the customer defaulting on any payment(s), Skyview Industries may remove the hot tub and any applicable accessories from the customer's premises without legal process. Skyview Industries will then have the rights, therein and thereto, of a secured party under the Personal Security Act.
8. The customer acknowledges that the hot tub purchase is being made through an independent Hydropool Hot Tub dealer and that Hydropool Industries is not responsible for any misrepresentations, errors, omissions, or responsibilities of the independent dealer.
