Commercial Spa Limited Warranty
HYDROTHER warrants the material and workmanship in your COMMERCIAL SPA to be the highest standards.
With the exception of normal wear and tear items, your HYDROTHER COMMERCIAL SPA will give you years of trouble free dependable use. In the event that a repair is required, please refer to the information below to determine what is and what is not covered by our manufacturer’s warranty.
HYDROTHER COMMERCIAL SPA limited warranty is as follows:
5 Year Limited Warranty – Shell
This refers to the fiberglass structure and acrylic surface of your Commercial Spa and covers cracking, blistering, delamination or failure due to workmanship or defective materials for a five year period or 63 months from date of shipment from our factory, whichever comes first.
2 Year Limited Warranty – Mechanical Package
This refers to the factory installed plumbing and any Hydrother supplied component including; pump(s), jets, valves, control systems, heater and cover. These shall be warranted to be free from defects in installation for a two year period from start up or 27 months from the date of purchase.
1 year Limited Warranty- LABOUR
